Even the best strategies are worthless if there’s no one to do all the actions that are outlined in the plan!

A strategy and planning service usually commences with a workshop to get a really good understanding of the business, review any strategies or plans and work through what you want to deliver in the future. The outcome of the workshop will be a revised strategy and plan, but the most important part is pulling together actionable list of activities.

The workshop covers aspects such as:

  • Who you WANT to deliver services to  (target companies, target industries, target job titles, target markets)

  • What is it that you're passionate about? ( this helps in writing content and making your business more human)

  • Get access (usernames and passwords) for things such as website, google analytics, linkedin profile in order to analyse and benchmark where your business is at now, enabling us to report on progress from this benchmark moving forward.

  • What you want to be known for (positioning)

  • What your key service offerings are (and what you WANT to deliver)

  • How you solve problems for particular industries (unique value proposition, key benefits to customer)

  • Who you HAVE delivered services to (case studies, proof of what you deliver)  

The output of this workshop is a high level marketing plan and content strategy plan, including suggested next steps.  The aim is not simply to pull together a marketing plan that sits on a shelf.  We’ll help you to establish an operational plan to put your strategy into action.
